UGL Regional Linx (UGLRL) commenced their local recruitment activities in early 2021, after parent company, UGL, was selected to deliver operations and maintenance of rail infrastructure for the CRN.
The first UGLRL team members to be based in Orange, where the company’s new headquarters is going to be located are Roger White - Communications and Stakeholder Engagement Manager (pictured right) and Luke Corinth – Stakeholder and Communications Advisor (pictured left).
UGLRL is strongly focused on being an employer of choice throughout regional and rural NSW. As part of this commitment UGLRL has guaranteed that a minimum of 80% of their employees will be based within areas on the CRN.

Luke Corinth will report to Roger White, a journalist, media liaison, government advisor and communications specialist with more than four decades of experience. Roger spent many of his formative years in regional NSW and is pleased to now reside in Orange. A keen golfer, he enjoys the relaxed lifestyle that the region offers. Luke is a long time Orange local and has a strong background in working within rural and regional NSW. Luke’s local knowledge is an asset to UGLRL and his professional experience within various industries will be a great value add to Roger’s team.

UGLRL will base itself out of the former Department of Primary Industries building in Kite Street, Orange.
